Introduction
Aquamarine's chemical composition is Be₃Al₂(SiO₃)₆, belonging to the beryl family, and it is often in the same category as emerald. Due to trace amounts of iron, it exhibits oceanic hues ranging from light blue to deep blue, and is also known as "sea blue gem."

In ancient Roman times, it was considered a talisman for navigators, protecting them on their voyages and bestowing courage and wisdom. In medieval Europe, nobles also favored aquamarine for rings and pendants, symbolizing sincerity, clarity, and loyalty.
