Introduction
Hematite's chemical composition is Fe₂O₃, and it is the foundational material for human iron smelting history. Its appearance is mostly iron-black, steel gray, or dark red luster, also known as "red iron ore" or "bloodstone powder ore."

In the Paleolithic era, humans learned to grind it into red pigment, used for body art, rock paintings, and sacrificial rituals; in ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, and traditional Chinese medical texts, it was considered a mineral associated with blood, vitality, and earth energy, symbolizing protection, stability, and strength.
