Introduction
Honey calcite's chemical composition is calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), and it often appears in hexagonal crystal forms. However, in natural veins, it is also commonly found in massive or nodular forms. It is a variety of calcite, also known as "yellow calcite."

Used by humans in ancient Egypt and Greece as a carving material and building stone, its bright color made it popular for adornments and amulets. In ancient texts, honey-colored calcite was believed to bring warm and bright energy. Ancient healers and priests would place it in meditation or contemplation spaces to enhance mental focus and willpower.
